Fly in the sky on Belgium’s longest zip line. Adventure up to the floating treehouses and try out the 9 climbing courses.

Great for thrill-seekers and families after outdoorsy fun! This huge adventure park lies in the quiet city of Tournai (Doornik), not far from Lille and the French commune of Valenciennes. You won't find anything else quite like it in Belgium.

Love adventure in the great outdoors? You can thank the French. Ecopark Adventures is actually a French idea. The one in Tournai is their only adventure park in Belgium! Well, actually it’s three different parks with tons of options for every age and ability group.

  • Ecopark Adventures: here you can try 9 different high ropes courses. Never been rope climbing before? We recommend starting with the first course. The courses get more difficult as the number goes up. Make your way to Belgium’s longest zipline. It’s over 330 metres. You’ll fly over the beautiful Carrière de l’Orient, a recreational site of biological interest in the city of Tournai, with amazing ponds and a beautiful lake. Great for adults and kids over 5+ years.
  • Ecopark Legends: a kid-friendly world to get your children hooked on adventuring. Unravel the secrets of the forest and meet its inhabitants in this 1500m²-area of nets, floating tree houses, suspended walkways and an underground world. There’s also a small park here where your children can play safely on the ground. Best for kids aged 2+ years.
  • Ecopark Games: a great activity for children 10 years or older. 2 or 4 players will embark on an incredible journey and face many challenges to recover the memories of humanity. Need to know more? Here’s an introductory video (unfortunately only in French).
  • Terrasses de l’Orient: and if you wanna relax after all these challenges, during the summer you can enjoy an aperitif and try out local drinks on a beautiful terrace -- with a view on the lake.

Tips and Tricks

  • You can book your tickets online (unfortunately their website isn’t available in English). A ticket will give you access to the courses for 3 hours.
  • Enjoy a picnic with your family: there are picnic tables available.
  • At the beginning of your journey, instructors will give you some safety advice and will be ready to answer all your questions.
  • If this is your first time trying out something like this, don’t worry! You’ll be wearing two carabiners with a "Click-It" system: as long as one hook is open, you cannot open the second hook unintentionally. In other words? Everyone can climb independently, but the hooks are impossible to disengage.
  • Fabric gloves are mandatory. If you don’t have them, you can buy them on site for 3€.
  • We know what you might be wondering: yes, there are toilets available on site.

Getting there:

  • By Car: on-site parking available
  • By Bus: from Tournai station, line R stops here (stop Tournai-Aqua-Tournai)
