Antwerp’s hidden green gem! PAKT is a collection of businesses and cafes with a rooftop garden to boot

PAKT is home to a variety of entrepreneurial businesses, green goodies, and delicious food. If you’re looking for a place to meet up, to work, or to relax then PAKT has everything you need. A hip spot just a short drive from the centre of the city, this is a must visit if only to try out the pizza at Standard!

  • PAKT has pizza, coffee, a gym, a day care, and much much more! Grab some A-grade pizza at Standard and end up at the Special Belge Taproom for some apps and craft beers.
  • Over 25 entrepreneur businesses use PAKT. You can feel the energy buzzing around you as something new is always being created.
  • But sometimes you just want to keep it casual. Caffènation is a hot-spot for artisan coffee with a heart! Sustainability & ethics is key at PAKT and they brew their own coffee. Caffeine lovers need to get their next kick here. (Tip: check their website and Facebook for tours on the weekend of the roastery, highly recommended)
  • After having a cup of coffee at PAKT, stroll by Groen Kwartier (aka the former military hospital) to see the car-free apartments surrounded by greenery, here you can also find a playground for your little ones
  • This area also boasts some fancy restaurants definitely worth a treat. First up is the very famous The Jane restaurant, a 2 Michelin Star restaurant, that lies inside an old chapel but you’ll have to book quite a while ahead to get a table. Secondly, August, (at a much lower price value), has an amazing interior with a exquisite garden to match.
  • PAKT is just a short walk away from the Berchem district. Discover Berchem's street art hidden gems!
