Tips and Tricks

  • The Msemen (Moroccan pancakes) stalls: (they’re usually close to the theatre) which are filled with goat cheese, honey, olives, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, etc. The line is long but goes quick! The various other baked goods on offer are amazing too.
  • Omeletshop: these ciabatta omelet-filled sandwiches with a huge variety of fillings to choose from are sooo good.
  • Croquette shops: as we know, us flemish folk like croquettes. The traditional one is the plain cheese or shrimp one but here you can choose from a variety.
  • Seafood stalls: fresh fish & chips, oysters, etc
  • Don’t fret - traditional hamburger & hot dog stalls are always there should you crave that good ol’ nostalgic feeling of taking a good bite into that burger and/or bratworst and/or hot dog.
