Beep Beep! Fancy seeing a bit of the Limburg beautiful countryside? Rent a vespa for the day and get to scootin.

Sure biking is great (and a good workout!) as is walking but hopping on a vespa for a day is a bit more fun no?

Routes

Vespa Fun in Hoeselt has rounded up quite a few routes over the years that you're bound to find something new:

  • Haspengouw Route (92 km): This one you get a little bit of everything and some great natural scenery plus you pass by a brewery AND a winery.
  • 3 Countries Route (122 km): Like the name suggests this centers around the site where the borders of Netherlands, Belgium and Germany cross - so you're literally standing on a point connecting 3 countries.
  • Castle Route (74 - 93 km): you're seeing a lot of castles here... hence the name.
  • Other routes can be found here (it's only in Dutch but easy enough to get the gist of it as there's maps and such)

Vehicles

All vespas are 50cc and easy to ride with 2 people. All ages welcome. You can rent higher powered ones but you need experience and appropriate gear. If you are traveling with little ones ( or older ones), you can also rent an eMoke ( a super funky little open-car electric vehicle - check here ).
